What information do we collect?

When you submit a request, we process your name, phone number, email address, postal code, town or city and details of your pest problem.

Why do we process this information?

We use your details to assess your request and contact you directly, by phone if needed. Submitting the form does not authorize us to forward your details to a pest-control company.

Sharing with third parties

Only after you separately agree do we share the necessary request details with one pest-control company discussed with you beforehand. We do not distribute your request to multiple companies. If a different company is needed, we discuss this with you and ask for your agreement again. Our hosting and email services process data to operate this website and handle requests. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

Retention period

We keep personal information no longer than necessary to handle your request and meet our legal or administrative obligations.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. You can also object to processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on that consent.
